A Non-Refundable/Transferrable Booking Fee Of USD 40 per person is required to secure your place in the retreat. It will be calculated towards your full payment on the day of arrival or before.
Applying For Your Retreat Application Form – 
- Instructions for application form are found by clicking the “Book Now” button
- After you have submitted your application form online and upon receiving it, we will contact you via email within 48 hours.
- After your application has been received, we will confirm your space by e-mail and you will need to pay the booking fee or full retreat fee in order to hold your space.
- Please print the payment received confirmation email sent to you and bring it as proof of payment.
Please Ensure You Bring These Items With You For Registration
- Two recent passport size photos for registration form.
- Clear color copy of passport holder’s information page and your Indian visa.
- Copy of confirmation email sent to you by us of the fees paid.
Visa & Travel Insurance
In order to visit India, every foreign national needs to apply for an Indian visa. The best option is to apply for a tourist visa which is usually valid for 3 months or more. Processing times vary but can take up to 2-3 weeks. You may also check the e-visa process online of your nearest Indian consulate.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance and health insurance for your trip. Although Rishikesh is considered a safe city for foreigners it is still advisable to carry health and travel insurance in case of emergency.
Payments
- We accept online payments by Bank transfer and cash payments on arrival in USD, British Pounds, Euros or Indian Rupees. We do not accept any traveller cheques, debit or credit card payments at this time but you may use the nearby ATMs to withdraw cash in INR in Rishikesh.
- You have the option of only paying the booking fee on confirmation of application, with remainder to be paid on arrival at the school. Or you may make one full payment at the time of booking. Either payment is sufficient to secure your space in the retreat.
- For payments made in other currencies except USD – exchange rate will be calculated on the same day when you pay your booking fee or the amount due on arrival. No previous or historical rates will be allowed when the dates have passed. We recommend to use xe.com to calculate current exchange rates.
